Tea & Talk - International Discussion Group : Mindful Time Management
Being mindful of time leads to less stress, which in turn leads to increased productivity. Understand how you really spend your time, and learn ways to relate differently to time pressures. The practice of mindfulness can teach you to notice, moment by moment, the "worry thoughts" that get in the way of accomplishing your goals and priorities.
Tea & Talk is an informal weekly discussion and support group for international students and scholars - focused on issues that are common for international students as they adjust to life in the U.S. and the Princeton campus culture. Many international students experience homesickness, loneliness, academic stress, language and communication difficulties. Tea and Talk meets every Wednesday. Feel free to attend as many or as few meetings as you like. Come and receive insight from other international students facing similar challenges, as well as support from facilitators who are experienced with international student issues.
