IMPORTANT: Update Your Travel Signatures
If you will be traveling outside the U.S. during the Break and the signature on page 3 of your I-20 form OR in the lower right corner of your DS-2019 form has expired, you must have your I-20/DS-2019 signed by an advisor at the Davis International Center before you leave the U.S. Travel signatures are valid for reentry to the US for one year from the date of the last signature.
You may stop by the Davis IC Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 to obtain a travel signature on the spot. However, in instances in which the travel signature lines are full, it will necessary to to print a new I-20 and the process will require one (1) business day. You can also get a travel signature during the Davis IC Walk-In Hours in Rockefeller College Common Room every Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT! THIRD COUNTRY VISA: If you are traveling to or transiting through a third county, you must follow the visa requirements for that country before you travel! Be sure to check with the Consulate/Embassy of the country you will be visiting or transiting through to find out whether you will need a specific visa. For the list of foreign embassies in the U.S. - U.S. Department of State website. Failure to have the appropriate third country visa will result in denial of entry into that country!
