Contacting ESS

To request service, or report a problem with one of our supported servers or services, the best method is to open an OPM ticket in the "ESS Incoming" queue.

Alternatively, send e-mail to ess-incoming@princeton.edu, or phone the OIT Help Desk at 258-HELP and ask that they create a ticket and route it to the "ESS-Incoming" queue.
