How to obtain access to the University data center

Support personnel who require access to the OIT Data Center, should:

Print and fill out the Form to Access the 87 Prospect Ave Machine Room
Sign the form and have the form signed by his or her manager.
Forward the form to the University IT Security Officer, Anthony Scaturro, at 116 Prospect Ave.

The IT Security Officer will issue the appropriate clearance and forward approved forms to the Data Center Manager.� Once the Data Center Manager receives the form, he will contact you to complete the process.
