Non-disclosure agreements (NDA)
The following links will direct you to sample confidential information (non-disclosure) agreements that have been used by the University as part of vendor service contracts. Each of the agreements is designed for a specific vendor arrangement, i.e., there is one covering financial information, one covering data transferred to an external service provider, and one for on-site or remote vendor support of a University-based system. While these are previously used agreement templates, it is always important to review the final agreement with a vendor with the Office of General Counsel.
