06/12/2009 - Security Updates Released by Microsoft and Adobe. MS Office updates affect both Windows and Mac OS X.

Over the past few days, security updates have been released for Microsoft Windows, and Adobe Reader and Acrobat software.� MS Office updates were also released that affect both Windows and Mac OS X.� Individuals who support systems using the affected software should test these updates and apply them to their systems as soon as possible to reduce the risk of hackers exploiting the vulnerabilities that these updates address.

Once we have tested the Microsoft updates, we will distribute them to Windows systems that participate in the University's Windows Software Update Service (WSUS).� We estimate that these updates will be distributed via WSUS on Saturday, June 13th, in the early AM hours.
