Reserve the:
Video Equipment Reservations
We have 3 Canon HD Video Camcorders, a Marantz 2-channel portable audio recorder, and a shotgun microphone that can be used for any student project. Please email us to reserve the equipment.
Reservations are for one week increments. One camera per student and/or group. Equipment lending available for undergraduate students only.
• Video equipment lending
Period of lending is one week, from Day of Lending until the Same Day the following week
(e.g.: Sunday - Sunday) Late returns will incur daily late fees of $25, at 30 days full replacement cost may be charged.
Equipment Pick Ups & Returns: Sunday, 8:00pm - 9:45pm, Wednesday, 10:00pm - 11:45pm
Friday Schedule: Equipment Returns & Pick Ups 3:00pm - 4:45pm*

*Equipment Pick-Ups & Returns are not available the Friday before semester recesses and holidays. Plan accordingly.
Audio Equipment Reservations
We have a variety of mics, as well as portable recording equipment set-ups that can be used to capture audio or used in performance contexts. Equipment lending available for undergraduate students only.
• Audio equipment lending

Equipment Pick Ups & Returns: Tuesday, 10:00pm - 11:30pm, Sunday, 6:00pm - 7:30pm
