Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff are involved with the LGBT community in a variety of ways. The semi-annual Porch Parties organized by the LGBT Employee Resource Group bring together the faculty and staff for an evening of socializing. Many faculty and staff also collaborate with the LGBT Center to organize speakers, panels, and other events across campus departments.
Q'nnect has been a way that many faculty and staff stay involved in the larger LGBT campus community. Through this informal networking and mentoring program, faculty and staff are placed in a small pod with undergraduate and graduate students. These groups meet 1-2 times a semester.
