Software Sales serves the Princeton community by providing the best resource for software pricing. OIT Software Sales offers excellent prices for departmental and personal purchases of software to University faculty, staff, and students. The University is authorized to purchase from many manufacturers. We help you get the software you need as quickly, easily, inexpensively, and conveniently as possible, even if that means referring you to another supplier.
We serve faculty, staff, and students in all Princeton locations -- Blairstown, Washington, D.C., Kenya, Panama, and more.
PSR Web Store Information
Software maybe purchased through the Princeton Software Repository -- the PSR Web Store. The Web Store is an online site for making software purchases. All the software purchases made through OIT’s Software Sales are processed through the PSR Web Store.
- Eligible customers (faculty, staff and students) log into the Web Store using their netid and password
- All software currently offered by Software Sales is available through the PSR Web Store
- Accepted payment forms are project grant for institutional purchases and MasterCard/Visa, student account, check or cash for personal purchases.
- Media (if purchased) can be picked up at Software Sales,or if a departmental purchase, may be delivered for a small fee. Departments may be also request that media be sent via campus mail by sending email to software@princeton.edu. Boxed products cannot be sent in campus mail.
