Manu Mannoor Wins Alumni Scholars Award
Congratulations to Manu Sebastian Mannoor on being one of the 3 recipients of the Alumni Scholars Award for 2012-2013. The Alumni Council’s Committee on Academic Programs for Alumni (CAPA) selected Manu based on the excellence of his dissertation project, his ability to communicate in an engaging manner to a broad public outside his discipline, and on the merits of his distinguished career at Princeton. CAPA believes that manu’s research typifies the innovative and dynamic work being done by Princeton graduate students.
The Committee on Academic Programs for Alumni is entrusted with engaging Princeton alumni, both graduate and undergraduate, in the intellectual life of the University. This will be the sixth year of the Emerging Alumni Scholars Program (formerly known as the Hoffman Scholars program). The goal of this award program is to honor outstanding graduate students and introduce their work to the alumni community.
