Survey Forms
In order to help the Department maintain and develop the quality of the undergraduate educational experience, it is important to have information from those of you who have most recently participated in the process. We therefore request that you spend some time and respond with the requested information. Each form also has space for any comments that you may wish to make.
The ABET Exit Survey requests information that is important for the accreditation process associated with each of our degree programs.
The Postgraduate Plans Survey will help us to keep in touch with you after graduation and provide current information about your selected next career step.
The Alumni Survey provides us with your evaluation of the utility of your Princeton experience after you have had a chance to test it in the world. This information is also important in helping the Department maintain its accredited status.
