Faculty & Staff Housing & Dining
For faculty and staff, the University owns and manages more than 600 rental units — ranging from efficiency apartments to freestanding single family houses — within a reasonable walking distance of campus. The Faculty and Staff Rental Housing Program is available to University employees who work at least half-time. There are also a small number of units available to retirees each year. Rental units are allocated according to a system that grants higher priority to teaching faculty and senior administration.
