Rabbi Telushkin delivers Bowen lecture

Rabbi Joseph Telushkin will present the William G. Bowen Lecture on "The 21st Century: A Jewish Vision, One Day at a Time" at 4:30 pm on March 27. Sponsored by the Center for Jewish Life, the lecture will take place in Dodds Auditorium, Robertson Hall. Telushkin is the author of Jewish Literacy: The Important Things to Know About the Jewish Religion, Its People and Its History and Biblical Literacy: The Most Important People, Events and Ideas of the Jewish Bible. Following the lecture there will be a dedication of the Jewish heritage Video Collection, which includes feature films and documentaries on Jewish life and history. The reception will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Center for Jewish Life.
