Holiday festival planned at Frist, Dec. 10-13

The Frist Campus Center will play host to a Winter Holiday Festival for the campus community Monday through Thursday, Dec. 10-13.
Faculty, staff and students are invited to come and sample traditional winter holiday food and drinks from various cultures, enjoy musical performances and participate in other activities.
Beginning at 11 a.m. each day, there will be a display table filled with traditional winter holiday symbols from Christmas, Chanukah, Diwali, Ramadan, Three Kings Day and Kwanzaa on the 100 level. In the evening, Cafi Vivian will be the site of music, activities and story telling, including performances by Culturally Yours, the Klez Dispensers, Kindred Spirit, the Firehazards and the Tigerlillies.
On Monday evening, Creole chicken, potato pancakes and samosas from various holiday celebrations will be available on the 100 level. Traditional holiday desserts, snacks and beverages will be offered Tuesday and Wednesday evenings on the 100 level.
The Winter Holiday Festival is sponsored by the Frist Campus Center, Frist Dining Services, the Center for Jewish Life, the Third World Center, the International Center, the Consortium of International Student Organizations, the Graduate College and the Religious Life Council.
