'American Gargoyles' author to give illustrated talk, Dec. 11

Darlene Crist, author of "American Gargoyles: Spirits in Stone," will speak and show slides at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at the Princeton University Store .
The book, published earlier this year by Clarkson Potter, is the first pictorial essay on the many gargoyles found in the United States, including several from the Princeton campus.
