Posted November 16, 2001; 10:03 a.m.
Up the Pieces: Living Our Lives After Sept. 11" is the title of a session scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in 243 Frist Campus Center.
The session is intended to help members of the University community come to grips with their feelings about the current changing times. It will be conducted as a "dialogue circle," a method designed to transform ordinary discussion into sacred conversation. Versions of this method have been used around the world as a means of enhancing learning, deepening understanding and exploring controversial issues. It will be facilitated by Angelo John Lewis, a coach and consultant who founded this variant of dialogue with colleagues at Princeton in the early 1990s.
Attendance is limited to the first 30 people who respond. To register, contact Adlay Bugg at email@example.com or 258-1252. The event is sponsored by the Dialogue Circle Planning Group.
