Wolfgang Danspeckgruber, founder and director of the Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination at Princeton University, is leaving for New Dehli and Islamabad to give two weeks of lectures.
In New Dehli, Danspeckgruber will address members of the Indian Council on Social Science Research (ICSSR) on "communal self-governance plus regional integration" and results drawn from the European experience, as they relate to a possible solution to the border crisis in Kashmir.
Danspeckgruber then will travel to Kashmir on a fact-finding tour before continuing to Pakistan for lectures and meetings with government officials there.
