Outdoor Action to showcase best of Banff Mountain Film Festival, March 13

Outdoor Action and Blue Ridge Mountain Sports will present the winning films from the 2001-02 Banff Mountain Film Festival at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 13 in McCosh 10.
For 26 years, the film festival has celebrated the spirit of adventure and the mountain environment. Each November, the world's best films on mountain themes draw an international audience to the town of Banff, Canada. The festival showcases more than 250 films submitted from 27 countries. The best films each year are selected to go on a world tour in the spring.
Advance tickets are $10 for students and University staff and are available at the Frist Campus Center Ticket Office . Tickets at the door are $10 for students and $12 for faculty and staff, and are available starting at 6 p.m.
