'Praise in the House' features gospel and hip-hop singing, May 5

Student groups and visiting choirs will join for a song-filled evening of "Praise in the House" 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 5, in McCosh 10.

Performing will be the Princeton University Gospel Ensemble and Kindred Spirit , both student groups; as well as The Process and the Family Worship Center Choir.

The Process is a group that sings in the stirring new "holy hip-hop" style. The Family Worship Center choir sings weekly at the Family Worship Center in Franklin Park, N.J.

The Gospel Ensemble will perform songs such as "This Little Light of Mine," "'Til We Meet Again" and the group's remix of "Ride on King Jesus."

The concert is sponsored by the Office of Religious Life , the Undergraduate Student Government Projects Board and Office of the Dean of Students . Entry is free for those with University identification, or $5 for others. For more information, contact Troy Savage .
