Petry to present 'Glow Show' senior dance thesis, May 1-2

Senior Nic Petry will present "The Glow Show (Blue Collar Dance)" May 1-2 in Matthews Acting Studio at 185 Nassau St. Show times are 8 p.m. Wednesday and 8 and 11 p.m. Thursday.

Petry choreographed the modern dance production for his senior thesis. He is an ecology and evolutionary biology major and a student in the Program in Theater and Dance . He recently received a scholarship to Summer Stages Dance in Concord, a competitive program for aspiring dancers and choreographers. Next year, he will attend the University of Illinois under a choreographic fellowship.

The production features 15 dancers from the Dance Department and student dance groups. Admission is free and open to all.
