Inaugural dinner kicks off Latino Heritage Month celebration, Nov. 7

The inaugural dinner for Princeton's Latino Heritage Month will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, in the Convocation Room in the Friend Center.
Speaking at the event will be Jose del Valle, professor of Hispanic and Luso-Brazilian Literatures at the City University of New York Graduate Center and former guest professor at Princeton. He will speak on linguistics in the Latino and Spanish cultures.
The dinner is sponsored by the Undergraduate Student Government Projects Board, Program in Latin American Studies and Department of Spanish and Portuguese Languages and Cultures.
