Fields Center to host Community Dinner, Nov. 12

The Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding will host a Community Dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12.

The event will feature a talk by Miguel Centeno, professor of sociology and director of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies, on "Schools for Empire or Global Classrooms? The Internationalization of American Elite Education." He is expected to discuss the increasing relevance of international and cross-cultural studies.

The Community Dinner is an opportunity for students and other members of the University community from all backgrounds to come together and engage in dialogue over a meal. The dinner is free but will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
