German foreign minister to speak on E.U., Nov. 19

German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer will deliver a lecture at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, in Dodds Auditorium, Roberston Hall.
Fischer, a member of Germany's Green party, will speak about recent events in the European Union and developments in relations between the E.U. and the United States.
Fischer has been Germany's foreign minister since 1998. His lecture, which is open to the public, is sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and the Liechtenstein Institute on Self-Determination .
