Author to discuss women and civil rights, Nov. 13

Lynne Olson, the author of "Freedom's Daughters: The Unsung Heroines of the Civil Rights Movement from 1830 to1970," will present a lecture at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, in Betts Auditorium, School of Architecture.
Olson's lecture, which is open to the public, will focus on black and white women who participated in the civil rights movement. It is sponsored by Dialogue@Princeton , the Pace Center for Community Service , the Program in African-American Studies , the Women's Center and the Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding .
