'Gallathea' to be staged, Jan. 8-11

Princeton's Program in Theater and Dance will present John Lyly's play, "Gallathea," at 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, Jan. 8-11, at the Matthews Acting Studio, 185 Nassau St.

Written in 1592 during the English Renaissance, "Gallathea" has been transformed by director Lee Conderacci, a Princeton senior, into a spectacle of 1970s "glam rock."

Tickets are available at $8 for students and $10 for general admission at the Frist box office, (609) 258-1742.
