Raushenbush

The Rev. Paul Raushenbush has been named associate dean of religious life at Princeton University, effective Aug. 1. His work will focus on continuing to build the interfaith community on campus.

An ordained American Baptist minister, Raushenbush has served as youth and young adult minister at Seattle First Baptist Church, as campus minister for the United Church of Christ/Presbyterian churches at Columbia University and as associate minister for college and young adults at Riverside Church in New York City.

He was the music editor and currently is a columnist for Beliefnet.com, a religion and spirituality Web site. He also writes on spirituality for Time Out New York and is working on a book, "Teen Spirit: One World, Many Faiths," scheduled to be published in fall 2004.

A graduate of Macalester College, Raushenbush earned his master of divinity degree with honors from Union Theological Seminary in New York City.

He succeeds Sue Anne Steffey Morrow, who is now Protestant chaplain and religion master at the Lawrenceville School.
