Raphael Moreen, a Princeton sophomore, is one of 12 students nationwide chosen to participate in an intensive summer program sponsored by the New York-based Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
As a Gilder Lehrman History Scholar, Moreen will receive research training, attend seminars with eminent historians and tour rare archives. Each student will have the opportunity to publish original research resulting from the eight-week summer program.
Moreen was chosen from more than 400 sophomore and junior applicants representing about 240 colleges and universities nationwide.
