OIT working on Exchange e-mail outage, Sept. 24

The Office of Information Technology is working to correct an outage that is affecting e-mail delivery for campus users of Microsoft Exchange 2000 e-mail and calendar services. The outage began Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The majority of campus community members use other e-mail and calendar services and are not currently affected.

OIT is working with Microsoft's technical support to solve the Exchange problem. Updates are available on the OIT help desk Web site .
