Faculty members to discuss Hemingway story, Oct. 1

Four Princeton faculty members -- Joyce Carol Oates and Edmund White of the Program in Creative Writing, Maria DiBattista of the Department of English and Sean Wilentz of the Department of History -- will discuss Ernest Hemingway's short story "Hills Like White Elephants" at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Stewart Theater, 185 Nassau St.
This event is part of a series sponsored by the Council of the Humanities in which faculty from different disciplines analyze a work of art. Anthony Grafton, chair of the council, will moderate the discussion.
