Deadline for Civil Rights Awareness Trip applications now Oct. 2

Dialogue@Princeton has extended the deadline for applications for its first Civil Rights Awareness Trip to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2. The trip will cover several key areas of the civil rights movement of the 1940s through 1960s.
The trip, co-sponsored by the Pace Center for Community Service , is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 24, through Saturday, Nov. 1, during fall break. It will include visits to Greensboro, N.C.; Selma, Montgomery and Birmingham, Ala.; Oxford, Miss.; and Atlanta. The original deadline for applications was Friday, Sept. 26.
Applications are available in PDF format online . They also are available at the Carl Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding and the Pace Center.
