German ambassador discusses U.N. Security Council, March 31

Gunter Pleuger, Germany's permanent representative to the United Nations, will present a lecture on the credibility and relevance of the U.N. Security Council amid the U.S.-Iraq war at 8 p.m. Monday, March 31, in the Senate Chamber, Whig Hall.
The lecture is sponsored by the American Whig-Cliosophic Society . It is free and open to the public.
