Survival poet to read, Feb. 9

Ayisha Knight will present "Survival Poetry" at noon Monday, Feb. 9, in the Women's Center, 243 Frist Campus Center.
Poet and photographer Knight is a lesbian, bi-racial, deaf woman. A sexual assault survivor, she practices poetry as a healing art.
The poetry reading, which will be followed by lunch, is sponsored by: the Sexual Harassment/Assault Advising, Resources and Education Office of University Health Services; the Women's Center ; the Fields Center ; and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Student Services .
