The Global Issues Forum will present a screening of "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, in McCosh 10.
The film portrays the story of the Venezuelan coup d'état that occurred on April 11, 2002, to remove President Hugo Chavez from office. Captured by two Irish filmmakers who happened to be in the presidential palace at the time, this movie shows the events that led to Chavez's removal from office and his return two days later.
The screening is cosponsored by the Program in Latin American Studies, the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies.
