African cultural celebration scheduled, April 15

Akwaaba African Students Society will present an African cultural celebration on Thursday, April 15, in Frist Campus Center.
A collection of African jewelry, art, books and artifacts will be on display from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on the 100-level of Frist.
An African variety show, featuring dance performances, poetry, comedy and fashion, will begin at 8 p.m. in the Frist Multi-Purpose Room.
The event is co-sponsored by the Undergraduate Student Government Projects Board and is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Ruby Greywoode .
