Political philosopher Philpott to speak, April 17

Daniel Philpott, a scholar of international relations and political philosophy, will deliver a lecture titled "Political Reconciliation: Putting Faith in Justice" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 17, in the Whig Hall Senate Chamber.
Philpott is an assistant professor of political science at the University of Notre Dame and a faculty member of the university's Joan B. Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, where his research focuses on transitional justice and the impact of religion on the politics of peace and reconciliation. He is the author of "Revolutions in Sovereignty: How Ideas Shaped Modern International Relations."
The event is the last in the Manna Christian Fellowship's "Developing a Gospel Worldview" series.
