Debt crises addressed in lecture, April 19

"From Mexico to Argentina: What Have We Learned From Two Decades of Debt Crises?" is the question that will be addressed in a lecture at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 19, in 16 Robertson Hall.
Jacques de Larosiere, former president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and former managing director of the International Monetary Fund, will give the lecture, which is sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs .
