A lecture by Thomas Graham, director of Russian affairs at the U.S. National Security Council, scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, in 2 Robertson Hall, has been cancelled. The event was to be sponsored by the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies .
