State DEP commissioner to speak, April 19

New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Brad Campbell will speak at 8 p.m. Monday, April 19, in 145 Peyton Hall as part of Earth Week activities at the University.
He is expected to focus on the integral role of community involvement in improving and maintaining New Jersey's water quality.
Before assuming his present post in 2002, Campbell served as the mid-Atlantic regional administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Clinton administration, an attorney-adviser for the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and an associate director of the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
The lecture is sponsored by the Princeton chapter of New Jersey Community Water Watch .
