Graduate composers present work, April 30

Graduate composers in the Department of Music will present a concert of their work at 8 p.m. Friday, April 30, in Taplin Auditorium, Fine Hall.
The concert will feature new works composed by Nathan Michel, Alan Tormey, Betsey Biggs and Gregory Spears in response to works by Henry Cowell, Jack Kerouac, Iannis Xenakis and 12th-century troubadours.
A reception will follow the concert, which is free and open to the public.
