Race, ethnicity in classroom is topic, March 7

The McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning will host a lunch
program on "Race and Ethnicity in the Classroom" at 12:15 p.m. Monday,
March 7, in 328 Frist.
Professors Eddie Glaude, Bill Gleason and Anne-Maria Makhulu will lead
the discussion. Topics are expected to range from course design to
classroom dynamics to turning challenging moments into productive
opportunities for learning.
Lunch will be provided, and seating is limited. Those interested in
attending are asked to register by e-mailing Sandy Moskovitz by
