Future of Kurdistan is topic, April 4

A lecture titled "The Future of Kurdistan in Iraq" is set for 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 4, in 16 Robertson Hall.
Speaking will be Brendan O'Leary, the Lauder Professor of Political Science and director of the Solomon Asch Center for Study of Ethnopolitical Conflict at the University of Pennsylvania. A leading authority on national and ethnic conflict within deeply divided territories, he currently is working on Kurdish interests in the constitutional reconstruction of Iraq, serving as a constitutional adviser to the parliament and the Kurdish Regional Government.
The lecture is sponsored by the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and the Liechtenstein Institute on Self Determination.
