'Apprentice' winner Kelly Perdew to speak, May 27

Kelly Perdew, winner of the second season of television's "The
Apprentice," will speak at the Princeton Entrepreneurs' Network's sixth
annual Conference on Entrepreneurship Friday, May 27.
Perdew, now executive vice president of Trump Ice, will deliver the
keynote address at the conference at 1:45 p.m. in the Friend Center.
Perdew has started or been involved with entrepreneurial companies
since his days as a graduate student at the University of
California-Los Angeles law and business schools. He will speak on
starting a business, potential pitfalls and good business management.
He also will discuss his role with the Trump organization and his
experience on Donald Trump's popular reality television show "The
Apprentice."
The speech is open to the public; admittance at the door is $20.
The full-day conference encompasses a business plan competition judged
by successful venture capitalists and entrepreneurs and panels and
workshops on effectively running a business. It is cosponsored by the
School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Bendheim Center for
Finance.
The Princeton Entrepreneurs' Network is devoted to facilitating the
founding, funding and support of entrepreneurial companies. It consists
of alumni, students, faculty and others connected to the Princeton
University community who are entrepreneurs, soon-to-be entrepreneurs,
investors, mentors, lawyers, accountants, consultants, other
professional service providers and those otherwise interested in
entrepreneurship.
