Filmmakers to discuss 'Benjamin Franklin,' Nov. 16

Filmmakers Muffie Meyer and Ronald Blumer will discuss their Emmy Award-winning series, "Benjamin Franklin," at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, in 101 McCormick.
Produced by Middlemarch Films, the three-part miniseries for PBS won a 2003 Emmy for best documentary special. The filmmakers will present excerpts of the series and discuss its production.
The film is part of a series, "American Visions in Documentary," being organized by Sheila Curran Bernard, the Anschutz Distinguished Fellow in the Program in American Studies. For more information, visit the program's Web site.
