Dec. 8 lecture on judicial confirmation process postponed

A lecture on "The Constitutional Propriety of Ideological 'Litmus Tests' for Judges" scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in 104 Computer Science Building has been postponed.
Michael Stokes Paulsen, the McKnight Presidential Professor of Law and Public Policy at the University of Minnesota Law School, was to speak as part of the Alpheus T. Mason Lectures in Constitutional Law and Political Thought.
The event, presented by the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions, will be rescheduled for February.
