DiSiac performance features 'Elements' of dance

From ballet to hip-hop to modern dance, "Elements" will feature an array of dance styles.

The diSiac Dance Co. will perform its annual fall semester show, "Elements," at 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, and at 7 and 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, at the Berlind Theatre.

The show will feature students performing in each of the many dance elements that are part of diSiac's repertoire, including hip-hop, ballet and modern. A video trailer of "Elements" is available online.

Tickets are free for Tiger Ticket holders, $8 for other students and $10 for general admission. They can be purchased through the University Ticketing Web site; the Frist Campus Center ticket office, (609) 258-1742; or the McCarter Theatre box office, (609) 258-2787.
Disiac

The troupe, which now includes some two dozen dancers, was founded in 1998 by a small group of students from a variety of backgrounds who originally called themselves International Heat of Princeton. DiSiac performed its first show on campus in 1999.
