Holt to discuss Katrina response, May 5

U.S. Rep. Rush Holt will discuss the federal response to Hurricane Katrina and issues of social inequity in a talk scheduled for noon Friday, May 5, outside Firestone Library.

Holt, a New Jersey Democrat, will speak at the site of the "Levee for Life," a charitable initiative to raise money for the New Orleans Public Library.

The "Levee for Life" and Holt's talk are sponsored by the Katrina Project, a student group dedicated to raising awareness of the problems of poverty and inequality in America.
