'Iron Tigers' chef showdown

The University's culinary artists put their skills and creativity to the test in Dining Services' "Iron Tigers" competition. The two top teams will compete during Fristfest at 1 p.m. Friday, May 2.

Behind me, we have contestants representing all of the major dining facilities here on campus.
Rob Harbison:
Classically trained chefs from various backgrounds, different styles of food service...
Stu Orefice:
You were hoping for chicken. Well, unfortunately, you have barramundi.

So chefs, are you ready?

It gives us an opportunity to flex our culinary muscles,

to really get out there and let you guys know who's making all this food for you.

The top two teams will compete on May 2 here at Fristfest weekend:
