Theatre Intime presents 'The Arabian Nights'

Theatre Intime will present "The Arabian Nights," directed by sophomore Katie Benedict, at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, April 24-26, in the Hamilton-Murray Theater. There also will be a matinee performance at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26.
The production features Mary Zimmerman's adaptation of the classic tale of Scheherazade and her 1,001 stories. Scheherazade, the new bride of King Shahryar, tells captivating stories of love, humor and loss to prevent the king from killing her, as he has done with his previous wives.
Tickets are $8 for students; $10 for senior citizens, faculty and staff; and $12 for general admission. They can be purchased online from University Ticketing in person or by phone at the Frist Ticket Office at (609) 258-1742, or in person at the theater box office 45 minutes prior to showtime.
