French theater workshop presents 'Le Misanthrope'

L'Atelier, Princeton's French theater workshop, will perform Moliere's "Le Misanthrope" at 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, May 8-9, in the Sterling Morton Gallery of the Princeton University Art Museum.

The performance will be directed by Florent Masse, a senior lecturer in the Department of French and Italian who founded L'Atelier in 2001. This is the workshop's 11th full-length production in French, and the fourth play by Moliere performed by L'Atelier. The show will feature advanced students.

The performance is sponsored by the Department of French and Italian. Admission is free, but reservations are encouraged. To reserve seats, contact lecentre@princeton.edu.
