We started with six teams. We are now down to two.

All right, no hitting below the belt, guys.

The secret ingredient is Hudson Valley free-range duck.

Stu Orefice:
Whatever you do, do it with good taste.

Each one of these chefs really believes in their cuisine. They believe in what they do.
